Before Cho Restaurant, our itamae (板前, Chef Chong) amassed years of experience preparing Japanese cuisine in restaurants. Chef Chong believes that customers are more like friends and a dining experience is only complete with delightful conversation.
Cho Restaurant is a modern day omakase restaurant born of Chef Chong’s desire to share with others his love and appreciation of Japanese culture and cuisine - integrating European and Japanese culinary styles and cooking techniques to showcase the freshness of the ingredients seasonally sourced directly from Japan.
